该职位来源于猎聘工作职责:一、Sales planning and target achieved1、Researching and analyzing the market based on overseas sales strategies, increasing the company"s product market share and competitiveness, determining the implementation of overseas strategies and achieving the sales goals;2、Developing short-, medium- and long-term strategies and action plans; be able to effectively implement them as planned, and reporting the status to the company in a timely manner;3、Planning and participating in major overseas exhibitions and evaluating the potential exhibition customer resources and results;4、Breaking down sales tasks for overseas markets, following up with customer needs, and reaching sales targets;二、Product Management1、Regularly organizing different departments for customer visits and maintenance, customer demand analysis, conducting customer satisfaction surveys and evaluations, connecting with and supporting overseas branches, R & D and quality departments, feedbacking customer needs and product issues, proposing solutions, product improvements and upgrade recommendations, etc ;2、Responsible for important customer complaints and QA issues, coordinating and supporting the resources of various departments and overseas branches to eliminate customer concerns;3、Responsible for leading and following up the product approval for important customers, ensuring the products entering the company"s qualified directory as soon as possible and generating bulk orders;4、Responsible for the renewal of warranty products issued by customers in relevant areas to ensure product traceability and safety;三、Customer Relationship Management1、Formulating customer visiting and maintenance plans; Customers maintenance in a good frequency to guarantee the good relationships with customers;2、Collecting and following up sales opportunities for customer information; Establishing customer information database, and regularly updating the customer information;四、Order and Risk Management1、Negotiation of sales contracts and signing, overall planning and following up for the project process to ensure them delivered on time with quality;2、Sales orders review, identifying product functional requirements, and evaluating the possibility of function implementation and product delivery3、Evaluating customer payment status, analyzing payment collection risks and formulating corresponding plans;4、Ensuring the accuracy of all plans, statistics, and document information of the internal office system;五、Expenses and Accounts Receivable Management1、Developing budgets for sales expenses, controlling sales costs, and increasing sales profits2、Responsible for monthly collection plans, monthly receivable balance details, carrying out receivable reconciliation and collection management, and overdue accounts;六、Internal coordination and team management1、Establishing good communication channels and maintaining good communication with relevant departments2、Responsible for team building, development and training of sales teams, formulation of assessment plans and supervision of implementationJob address:Tongzhou address: No.15, Chuangyi East 2nd Road, Xiji Town, Tongzhou District, BeijingChaoyang address: SK Building 1005, No. 6 Jia, Jianguomenwai Street, Chaoyang District, Beijing任职资格:1、Bachelor degree or above2、Preferred in foreign trade sales, translation and machinery manufacturing;3、More than 3 years of overseas sales experience and successful customer development experience4、With strong ability to develop major customers in overseas markets, excellent marketing and business negotiation skills; Rich experience in brand promotion of foreign exhibitions and marketing planning, overall planning of foreign markets;5、Be good at market, competitive product analysis, peer sales channel collection ability, good customer discovery ability, keen market observation ability6、Good communication skills, adaptability and pressure resistance; diligent, practical, Be highly responsible;7、Good professionalism and business etiquette8、Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, English as a working language9、Familiar with foreign trade regulations, understanding the culture and trade policies, laws and regulations of different regions;
