工作职责:一、Sales Market Development and Management1. Fully responsible for the overseas market sales and team management, develop and maintain overseas markets and overseas projects;2. Responsible for overseas market research, formulation and implementation of overseas market expansion plans3. Formulate pricing strategies and sales strategies in overseas markets, and control and supervise external order quotations4. According to the company"s annual sales target, lead the team to actively carry out overseas multi-level sales work and complete the sales target二、Establish and improve the organizational structure of the overseas business department1.Fully responsible for the company"s overseas market sales and team management, responsible for assisting the headquarters and other departments to establish overseas branches and overseas sales, technology, customer service teams2. Supervise and cooperate with overseas team sales expenses, budget formulation and execution, and reasonably control sales expenses3. Formulate various regulations of Beijing Overseas Sales Department and Overseas Sales Department, implement and supervise4. Analyze the organizational structure and job responsibilities, interviewing, and recruiting suitable personnel5. Participate in the supervision of the training of new recruits, work evaluation of new recruits6.Responsible for team building and management (including overseas company sales teams), guiding and cultivating the business work of sales team members in the training department, and through its management, incentives and guidance to form excellent and highly targeted sales teams三、Supervision of Overseas Orders1. Review order related forms to avoid information errors when communicating to other departments2. Actively involve and coordinate various departments of the company to deal with and resolve after-sales issues complained by customers3.Formulate annual visit plans, visit important customers regularly, and maintain good customer relations4. Actively participate in the annual pricing work of important OEM customers任职资格:1. Bachelor degree or above Preferred in KA sales, machinery manufacturing2. More than 5 years of overseas sales experience and Experience in related industrial products is preferred3. Excellent business ability, sharp and active thinking, sensitive to market demand, and sufficient market analysis and judgment ability4. Excellent negotiation skills, can control the rhythm of business negotiations and finally confirm the negotiation results5. A high level of translation and foreign language, fluent spoken language, and can communicate with foreign customers without barriers6. Excellent coordination ability and crisis public relations handling ability, able to guide employees to solve emergencies and complaints during order execution and after-sales7. excellent team management skills, make overall planning, and communicate and coordinate within the department8.
